Only just OK

Bedding was inadequate because it was always too hot - the doona was suitable for mid winter and no other was provided. The apartment was poorly located - through a tunnel, up in a lift, across a roof top deck and then across another deck with very loose tiles. No hand rails and lots of drop offs - the outside area was dirty with building materials lying around.No instruction given to us to turn off the central heating so we roasted inside all the time even with open windows. We think someone lived there as the drawers were all full of personal things and we had to store our clothes on the floor. Otherwise adequate but overpriced for what it was. Site was good at Matterhorn end of Zermatt.

Fast Internet. Good view from balcony of Matterhorn. Quiet neighborhood about 5.min from town center. Wished there was a microwave. There was laundry card and laundry facilities on first floor. There was 2 shampoo and body wash sachets. Nick allowed us early check in. Good place. Recommended.

We had an amazing stay and enjoyed having the windows open with the fresh mountain air and noise of the nearby creek. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a great location to walk to restaurants, the grocery store, and near the gondola station for mountain adventures. Highly recommend!!

Excellent view and facilities.

I’ll start with the view. Walking in and seeing the Matterhorn right from the balcony was amazing. The room had all the essentials including a well equipped kitchenette. I ended up saving a lot of money by buying groceries at preparing meals in the room. There was also a complete set of dishes, cutlery and cook ware. I was particularly pleased that laundry was available down stairs in the building and even detergent and a payment card for the washer and dryer was provided. The main real negative I had was smelling a strong odour when I walked into the room. I couldn’t identify what or where it came from. Airing the room out dissipated it. But it would come back when the room was closed up while I was out.

The apartment I was given was clean, well equipped and had an amazing view…not sure if this ‘view’ is guaranteed so I will refrain from saying what the view was but you can guess. Couldn’t fault the accommodation we were placed in. Nice to see the apartment block had a quiet time (10pm till 6am) this was respected when we were there so we had 4 good night sleeps.

Gut gelegene Unterkunft, gerne wieder.

Unterkunft sauber und zweckmässig, in bequemer Gehdistanz zu Bahnhof und Bus. Gute Ausrüstung mit Geschirr, Toilettenartikeln, Reinigungsmaterial. Schöne Aussicht auf das Matterhorn. Unterkunft hat eine recht minimale Schallisolation, was bei uns kein Problem war, bei hoher Auslastung und je nach Gästen allenfalls störend sein kann. Gerne wieder und damit durchaus empfehlenswert. Pleasant accommodations

Fantastisk lejlighed med køkken og bad og lækker terrasse. Udsigten fra hovedpuden var Zermatt og med Matterhorn i baggrunden. Dejligt stille. selvom vi er i juli.
