A very nice hotel. We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle at the airport. We saw another Marriott shuttle and asked if he could take us to Coredon (wh8ch is a Marriott hotel). He said yes...but we ended up at the Courtyard we had to take a taxi to the Corendon.

while we had a good meal, it was limited to the hotel. My real complaint was the shuttle. Being new I didn't know where to embark. There was nothing on my reservation on what post to go to. Only by accident that we found it. Then when we got on the bus, there was no place for the luggage except to raise the handicap seat and lay our luggage on the floor beside it.

The 747 in the back was a huge draw but other than taking pictures of it, there was nothing even close to do. The transportation bus every 30 minutes to main train station helped but nothing to do around the property. The breakfast buffet was very good with a nice selection. I did not feel like a welcomed guest at the reception desk, but super friendly staff in the buffet area.

Make a reservation for the restaurant if you want to eat there as they take so many non resident reservations the hotel guests can not get a table if you just go when you arrive. You have to eat at the limited menu coffee shop. Saw lots if hotel guests turned away.

A longer wait than expected, on arrival. There can be traffic to navigate, be sure to plan for it during typical busy hours. Everything following arrival went smoothly and felt very welcoming. The rooms were well equipped, and even with extra touches. A thoroughly pleasant stay.

Lovely Hotel

It's a fabulous hotel, the rooms are clean & very nice, enough dining options to chose from, from a coffee bar & snacks, sandwiches to a full dining experience. The staff are professional & accommodating. The only thing I found disappointing was the water pressure in the shower & no washcloths or anything similar. My understand is that washcloths are not typically used in the Netherlands. You should change that.

Jineh, the staff person who checked us in, was outstanding. She was efficient, kind, and welcoming. Her hospitality set the tone for our stay and helped make our stay very enjoyable.

Great Reprieve from the hustle and bustle of city center; transportation offered is excellent, shuttling back and forth to Schipol where all the buses and trains can bring you downtown and points outside of AMS. Spa and pool area is fantastic after long day exploring. Room is cozy and comfortable. Plenty dining/snack options on site, if needed.
