Room was nice and warm, and staff seemed friendly at the front desk. The toilet wasnt very clean in the room, and the elevator was a bit concerning and clunky like it needed repairs. Altough hotel is getting a bit on the older side it was a good place to stay and prices more resonable than others. Bed was conformable.

Property was just ok, very tired, worn, dark apartment and the sofa bed was not comfortable. It was clean enough though and served our purposes for a 1 night stay where we were only in the room to sleep after a busy day and an early departure the following morning. Receptionist could not have been less interested and it took an age to check-in. The printer wasnt working which didnt help. Kids seemed to enjoy the pool and outdoor hot tub so that was a plus. There was also a lovely bar/restaurant across the way (possibly part of the neighbouring complex) which was super friendly with brilliant food and lovely atmosphere.

The suite had lots of space for us and our two kids, it was great having the loft area for them and our own bedroom plus the living area. The full Kitchen was good. The kids loved the waterslides. The Chalet is a bit worn down and both indoor and outdoor areas have quite a bit of wear and tear. The staff were friendly and prompt and helpful.

Everything is Very old and it has that old carpet smell... It's a cute place though. No swimming pool. Playplace is old too but my son had fun in it same with the water slides... A good location... Friendly staff. It needs to be updated badly.

While old the property was well maintained and the staff was friendly and responsive. We chose this venue for the full kitchen in hopes of reducing or food costs for our week longs stay and it fit the bill perfectly. The included free buss passes made going to town easy. On the downside they no longer have a shop or laundry facilites on site. The hallway carpets really need to a torough cleaning or a replacement. Overall would stay again and strongly recommend.

It was an older property, but the space was amazing. There was a full-sized kitchen, dining table, and family room. The loft upstairs was large. The kids had so much space to run around. There was a parking space for the car outside the duplex. The best part was the outside pool. There was an indoor wading pool, but it was cold, and we used the one outside. Because the outside temp was cool, the water temp was just right. It was also shallow enough for my 4 year old to swim without worrying she might drown. There was also a bus stop that goes downtown across the street. Wait time for the bus was approx 10mins. Coming back was harder, because the wait time was about 30mins and there were so many people who took the bus. It was only 2 stops from downtown, but it was not walkable (about 30mins walk). Better take the bus since the resort provides free bus pass for 3 days. Parking was horrible downtown so it was advised to just take the transit.

Room was perfect size for our family of 7. Had 2 queen beds in the loft and a separate bedroom. We had our own kitchen. Minimal cutlery and pans, old microwave and dishwasher though working as expected. Room was pretty old. Stayed for 4 nights What we didn't like was the cleaning. Our beds were made and towels refreshed daily but the floors were not vacuumed, dining table was not wiped. Our balcony was only cleaned when we asked it to be cleaned. Felt more like an airbnb where you have to clean everything yourselves. The facilities were great for kids. They have a playzone for smaller kids and slide/pools to entertain them.
