Usually stay further out so this was a nice change to be right in town, walkable to everything. The hotel is a bit of maze to get to rooms and rooms are small but comfortable.

Terrible service. No hot water and heat wasn't working as well. When i brought that up to the staff on my way out after a 1 night stay, she said best she could do was offer free parking. There are many hotels around, book elsewhere 100%

On arrival the lady at the desk was not particularly welcoming. We then got into the room to find an interconnecting door to the room next door. I walked straight into next doors room not realising it wasn’t part of ours as they were in the bathroom, as they had their side open. I was told by the woman on front desk that this is standard in Canada and she was really quite rude, she tried to reassure me they couldn’t get into ours, but I hardly slept due to this and really noisy air con that stops and starts throughout the night. Great location and Banff is stunning, but I’d probably stay elsewhere next time.

Really central location, easy to explore Banff without the need for a vehicle. We were there during shoulder season and found parking in the lot by the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Some rooms are a walk and involves stairs, something to keep in mind for those who are less mobile. We definitely recommend this hotel and will be back!
