Great location, clean room. Waited a bit for someone to arrive at the neighboring hotel lobby to get checked in. Room was clean, air conditioning cool but ran continuously so not quiet. I like the noise to sleep, just pointing this out for those who need a very quiet room.

The units where you stay is nice. Caution, the parking garage is very short only 5'10, so double check your vehicle height, and the parkin garage is pretty tight

For a last minute one night stay it is ok but wouldn’t want to stay for longer. Very outdated some rooms updated but ours was not except bathroom was good and was nice to have a balcony but for $500/night even in Banff I would expect the roof to not be leaking and for the side door to not be open all day who knows what’s getting in there.

Would stay again!

Had to check in at the hotel next to the Red Carpet Inn, so that took a little extra time. Parking is limited and we had a fairly noisy person above us in the evening. Otherwise, everything was very clean, the room was spacious and overall we were happy with everything.

The gentleman only checked me in for 1 night however I booked for 2 nights for 2 rooms, therefore the inconvenience about this error is, I had to go to re-activate my cards as we were blocked outside of our rooms after a rainy day walking by the lake (we were all wet and tired). Also the parking card dates were written wrong (luckily nothing inconvenient occurred due to this error) . And when I tried to park underground at around 9:30 pm on Aug 2nd, the garage door did not automatically open for me, therefore, I stuck on the slope for a while, which was very dangerous, I believe the sensor of underground garage door needs to be fixed properly. Overall, the staff were very friendly and before I went to Banff, I left a message to them and they responded to me with the information that I needed. I would rate 4 stars for them if there were no two errors (checking in with wrong stays/parking cards written wrong info & underground garage door did not open automatically). But the location is just so nice and you can easily go to any stores in town.

Got the 2 bedroom suite. Gave the kids the master room with the king bed. The double bed in the other room was terrible, not the size but the comfort. Outside the place looks old. But inside the rooms were nice and modern. Check in was quick and check out was quick
