Lovely place. Because I was in a ski accident, my husband stayed an extra night. It would have been nice to have a cheaper rate in situations like this.

Not the cleanest place, very basic, dark rooms, loud AC. probably wouldn’t stay again. Location was great though, walkable to town, didn’t use the pool or hot tub so can’t comment on that.

Highly recommended hotel when visiting Banff. Location is perfect. Room and bathroom is large. Bed is 2 queens. It’s comfortable and clean. There’s microwave and coffeemaker inside room. Daily housekeeping provided too.

We had a balcony and it was the most beautiful sight to wake up to. Was only a 10 minute walk from the transit hub to take you to lake Louise. Quiet. Pleasant location for the adults and those who want to be away from traffic. No breakfast. Complimentary passes for public transit was a nice surprise received at check-in.

The rooms are nicely re-done and cozy cabin feeling. It was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hallways do not do justice to the rooms themselves. Great location. Good price for what you get. It's quite basic but, was fine for a two day ski trip where we spent little time in the room other than to sleep.

The night staff when we got in at 12:30 wasn’t the brightest and charged my card for an extra night. They did fix it when I brought it up to them but it was painfully slow to get fixed. House keeping wasn’t great they didn’t replace out towels and they came early in am

Excellent customer service at the front desk, great communication, very spacious rooms, excellent condition and very comfortable beds. The housekeeping staff were super friendly, helpful and did a wonderful job each day refreshing the room. We throughly enjoyed our stay here.

This place is a bit dated but we stayed in a superior room which was renovated, beds were comfortable, room was clean and balcony convenient. I would stay again as it is within walking distance to all shopping and restaurants in Banff.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Everything was amazing the only downside was that our room faces towards the Main Street and the bus stop is right in front of the property so there was a lot of loud noises during the night from people waiting for the bus so we didn’t get much sleep.

Good mountain view

We had a mountain view room and it was nice. The balcony was a corner one and blocked some view but over all nice. Room was clean and cozy. Was good walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
