Both check in and check out were very easy, and very friendly. Good parking garage underground. Hotel is located right in the center of all activity - the place to be. Room was very spacious , up to date, and very clean. Definitely will stay there again.

Excellent location and great stay!

We had a quick 24 visit to Banff, and this hotel was perfect. We had lunch in their restaurant and were able to walk and explore the whole downtown easily. Hotel was comfortable and well kept. Would definitely recommend!

Hotel side was fantastic. Restaurant (Farm & Fire) was the opposite. They were snooty/uppity, in the name of "culture". Didn’t have a normal eggs, meat, and Hashbrowns type meal on the menu. No omelet either. Didn’t have anything children would eat - no chicken strips, no mac & cheese, no fried fish filets, nothing. When asked, they were offended someone would order something so basic from their restaurant.
