This property was clean, had all the basic necessities. It was within an easy walk to the shops and restaurants as well as to Parliament house. It was quiet despite having major roads nearby. Good value price wise.
We would happily stay there again.

Very noisy room, or very loud people around us. Bathroom very old n in need to renovations.
We had a family reunion with eight or nine rooms booked. Several of us asked if we could use the conference room for 1 hour to watch a slide show of family history going back to 1888. We could not get permission to use the room from the reception staff 😒😒
Really enjoyed our stay. After initial check in reception staff were helpful. A couple of the pillows in our room had hair on them and the lounge was dirty otherwise the cleanliness wasn’t too bad. Dishwasher broke on day 2 and we were given a bottle of wine and a discount upon check out to compensate. Would definitely stay here again in the superior room that we had. Great location although a bit too far to walk with kids to attractions.
There is enough parking for all, Staffs are all very friendly, polite and courteous. The place is clean and quiet. Close to where I needed to be so it was walkable. Clean rooms.
The property itself is old, rundown and in need of maintenance. The room however was clean and freshly painted. The shower taps are old and came off in my hand.
