Well , it was crazy experience , stuff was nice and helpful they gave us and upgrade with better room for free thanks a lot , food was ok ( like for any all inclusive ) Worst part of vocation when u swimming in ocean and u see it Human feces right next to you and all people at beach saw it too,its insane and we went to front desk and we talked to manager but she told us , she cant do anything about it And than next 2 days we went back to beach and we saw more and more and after we got back from vocation we got sick Doctors still cant figure it out whats wrong but possibility its some kind of virus from feces or something but we been sick more than 2 weeks now We would never right a bad review since we been in Cancun at least 15 times with different properties but its insane

No complaints at all! This hotel went above and beyond across the board . We had an an amazing time in planet Hollywood , Absolutely 5-star experience from start to finish! The hotel stay was amazing — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout. The food was a standout highlight: every meal was absolutely delicious, from breakfast to dinner. our Expedia ambassador Jose Luis was an awesome guy . He was making sure we had everything we needed . We wil be coming back here again soon . And ofcourse a lot of activities for a kids .

La atención de Kateri la gerente de hotel fue más que excelente nos ayudó en todo lo necesario y más! Siempre con buena actitud y disposición a ayudar al momento, agradezco su servicio ya que nos mejoró la estancia enormemente y nos ayuda a mejorar nuestras vacaciones. El restaurante de tepanyaki muy recomendable. Solo los horarios para albercas no me parece q cierren a las 7 mientras estas de vacaciones. Y el sofá cama del cuarto está muy muy incómodo podrían mejorarlo. La playa muy muy linda

Property is great. I strongly recommend the Star class. We loved all the upgrades and personal service. Our butlers. Alex and Robert were fantastic. We loved our time with them. The buffet is outstanding we loved that we could get a freshly made omelet every day.

The only downside I experienced was trying to reserve times at the restaurants. Every time I tried, I was told there was no available times for the entire time I was there. I only got to dine at one restaurant, unfortunately even with my VIP access and the butler trying to get me reservations Pretty letdown we could not enjoy some of the restaurants when we were there.

I went there in 2022 it was an amazing experience but this time I brought a group of 23 and all the door closet and drawer weren't closing properly and for the water in 2022 anywhere you go they had cold bottles of water this trip I was dehydrated cause they only gave water in the rooms outside the rooms good luck finding bottled water and for the food part it was good but not sure why 15 out of 23 of us got sick with a bacterial infection witch come either from the food or water according to research. It was my second time there and my last I really need to have my bottle of water at all times I don't like to drink in a plastic cup that I don't know where the water came from.

I had a pleasant stay at this resort, which offered a clean and comfortable environment with plenty of activities to enjoy. The pools were nice, beach had some seaweed but not too bad and the food was good. Our butlers, were particularly awesome - very helpful and attentive. However, my experience was spoiled by a staff member at the Star Class desk. She was very rude and seemed clueless about the resort's operations. To start, my room was given to me late, after 4:30 pm, despite the scheduled check-in time. Later, when I requested a late check-out as a Gold member from Expedia, this specific person told me it wasn't possible, even though my butler had already confirmed with the front desk that it was arranged. She threatened that if I wasn't out by 12 pm, I could be penalized, but didn't seem to consider the fact that I had received my room late. When I pointed out the inconsistency, she seemed unprepared and unhappy, eventually and after $35 they facilitate the late check-out. Given the otherwise excellent service from the rest of the staff.
