Aquazumba Daniella, Snack Bar Guadalupe, Butler Aaron, Mike (Flavors), Poolside Bartender Eduardo have been amazing (to name a few) This was my first time in Mexico and these people exceeded my expectations for my honeymoon!! Daniella is fun, energetic and sexy 😉, Mike and Eduardo are attentive and so nice, and Guadalupe makes the BEST quesadillas. Our Butler, Aaron, was absolutely the best! He made sure wr had everything wr needed each day - even decorated our room while we were at dinner!! Absolutely amazing experience!

Beautiful resort! Came with a group of 10 people. Everything was done to perfection. Clean rooms, great entertainment, food was amazing, and staff were fabulous!! Will definitely becoming back.

Property & beach is excellent but the rooms smell of mold, the food is ok at best & the staff are just not accommodating- anything you ask of reception or guest services the answer is no and then after 10 minutes of going back & forth with them you might be able to get somewhere

We arrived and was advised that although I selected adults only I was on the family side which only gave you access to one swim up bar where as the adults only side had 4 or 5. We paid an additional $250 to switch sides only to find out that there was no difference as there’s no one to stop you from going to either side. Food was great the mosquitoes were horrible. Please bring repellent because repellent on site is $20. Overall the experience was good not 100% sure if we would hurry back but it isn’t one that we would include altogether. Our butler Katia was great and we really appreciate her. We also did the breakfast on the beach to my experience. It wasn’t worth it so don’t do it.

This was our second visit and we will be back again! Very nice rooms, spacious, nice amenities. Our Butler was very sweet and helped us with anything we asked. Bistro is a fantastic restaurant with live piano and we highly recommend it.

Leonardo our concierge was amazing! The rooms were clean for the most part and the overall ambiance was nice. My only true complaint is the waiting staff and dress code is so strict that it makes even being at the resort uncomfortable. They also very much so pick and choose who the dress code applies to. They sent us back to our room to change twice for an outdoors event which is insane. If you can spare an additional $450, I would absolutely go for a massage. The food was mid but to be expected at an all inclusive. I’m not extremely happy with our stay but hopefully they have improvements coming soon.

Spa was awesome! A little overpriced, but great job. Also the complimentary water therapy was great!. Ocean view room was beautiful, room service for food was ok. Mixed up my order, was very apologetic and fixed the problem. Room was clean, well maintained. Rooms service cleaning was timely.

Worst resort experience ever.The food was absolutely terrible. I've had better meals at a gas station tbh On top of that, u can't even stand outside without getting eaten alive by mosquitoes. Save your money and go literally anywhere else Total waste of money and time. I wouldn't come back here even if it were free. They actually turned me away because of a stupid dress code at the French restaurant, Like I already paid to be here who are they trying to impress wit those rules when everything else is falling apart Wouldn't even let me in because I didn't have a shirt with a collar like seriously They care more about a stupid collar than actually giving guests a good experience
