Loved the location outside of Cancun. Beautiful beach and outdoor areas, with outdoor activities scheduled every day (beach volleyball, pool volleyball, pool basketball, ping pong, etc.). Highlights of the night entertainment included the Queen cover band and the silent disco. Our favorite foods included the smoothie bar, crepes, egg station, made-to-order pasta, and ice cream. Highly recommend!

This resort was really great! We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary. They have family section and adults only section. The service and friendless of everyone working on the resort was quite impressive. Its extremely clean. Beautiful hotel and beach. The food and restaurants were really good. Buffets as well. Always lots of options to choose from. Lots of weddings and the music can get pretty loud but by 11pm it stops. Shoutout to Abraham who was the best beach waiter we've ever had. Such a sweatheart.

Top notch service bar none! Forget about xcaret and casa de la playa. This is the place to be if u want luxury and excellent service. What a fantastic experience at Majestic Elegance. The staff were amazing, food was top notch, beach was perfect and grounds were perfect. The club level included a butler and we had a swim out room that was so perfect we almost never left our balcony, pool and swim up bar. Will definitely return. Can’t wait for the next visit. Highly recommend.

I’ve stayed in many all inclusives in Cancun but this was by far the best. The service is outstanding and the grounds are perfect. The beach is super clean. Because of the way it’s set up you always feel like you’re alone! Shout out to Angel on the beach who gave us the best service and to Frank at the spa. The hydro therapy circuit is the best I’ve ever experienced, it’s a one on one session and it’s incredible. It was outstanding. The good is great, the Mexican restaurant is a little gem. I can’t say enough about this hotel. Highly recommend!

Excellent property. Traveled with my husband for our anniversary. We opted for the Elegance Club and received an upgraded room with a plunge pool. Our butler Rafa was very attentive to all of our needs. The restaurant choices were excellent, our favorite was the Kabuki restaurant. This is a family resort but the elegance side is 18+ and they do not allowed children on the club site. The staff pays attention to bracelets and will ask you to leave the club side if you have the wrong bracelet. There are plenty of bars throughout the property and mini bars located inside of the two elegance club lounges. They stock Coors Light for those interested in an American option.
