If you are debating on booking here, DO IT! My boyfriend and I just got back from our 6 night stay here and we had the greatest time. We stayed on the club side in the Jr Suite. Our butler Chan, was AMAZING. He always made sure we were taken care of. He set up our outdoor jacuzzi with bubbles and rose petals for us one night, which we really appreciated. The food was very delicious. We loved the steakhouse. The filet was one of the best we have had. We sat by the club infinitely pool most of our trip and all of the bartenders were great and very attentive. The entertainment staff were also outstanding . The resort had a lot of fun activities to do throughout our stay. Overall, I was extremely impressed with this resort. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay in the Club section with private Club beach spread out clean beautiful beach, two club lounges right on the beach with top shelf liquor and high end cappuccino machine. The whole resort is spotless and immaculate they seem to be constantly cleaning. Buffet food is amazing.

This property was big enough without being overwhelming with easy access to all amenities. The staff and service was amazing, everyone did whatvthey could to give you a great experience. We were disappointed with the butler service as we didn't really get it! We didn't meet our butler until our last night, he sentvus the daily information/activities most ays in the late afternoon. We often couldn't get a response and our friends had the same experience. Also, the entertainment group could be better. Unless you seaked out stuff, no one was coming around getting the guests involved or even giving us a heads up of the upcoming activities.

Excellent food, top shelf booze, friendly staff. The butler was non existent, never saw him but cleaning staff kept our room well stocked so it was fine. The rooms are beautiful.

This was our first trip to Majestic after staying at other properties in the area. Our check-in had a small glitch, but with some wrangling and our butler Felipe's persistence, we got the room we wanted (which was well worth the hassle). All the dining was great, we especially enjoyed the steakhouse and the Mexican restaurants. All of the food was some of the best we'd had at an all inclusive resort. The entertainment was well curated and had a variety, and while we never stayed for entire shows, they always made us stop and watch as we walked by. We spent a ton of time at the infinity pool bar, a first for us as we aren't normally pool bar people, but Misael made the crowd worth it. The piano bar was our favourite and Claudio and Montesino kept us well watered and entertained. This was a keeper and will likely get a return visit from us, something that has never happened.

Absolutely amazing. Service, food, drinks, hospitality was top notch. Probably the best resort i’ve ever been too. The beach was crystal clear. Property is well kept, and everything about this resort was super relaxing. They really value the Expedia VIP perks like room upgrade, free hydrotherapy, Late check out, & discounted massages. We will definitely be back!!!!!

It was the best experience we ever had! Starting from greeting desk we met only extremely pleasant staff people! This applies to every aspect of our stay in Majestic Elegance. Unfortunately I don't remember names of all those pleasant people, but I still want to mention Gabriel Moo,who served us in several food centers, Elias and Jose from Japanese Restaurant, Maria, Fernando and Jorge from Steak House, Juan from towel exchange and tours selling center. That doesn't mean that other staff people were worse, just my memory not so good quickly to recall all names. And additionally I want to mention greeting ladies from Flavors Buffet: always nice and pleasant - very professional. Room itself and cleanliness in it was always at the top! We are going to come back here on one of our next vacations.

We had the most incredible honeymoon at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres! The resort’s secluded location was perfect—away from the crowds of Cancun, with stunning landscapes and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was how accommodating they were with my gluten allergy. Joy, the food concierge went above and beyond to provide me with gluten- free options. At every restaurant and even at the buffet, the chefs personally came to my table to ask if I wanted anything special. I was able to enjoy gluten-free waffles, pancakes, pizza, and toast, which was such a treat! The service was outstanding, and having a personal butler made the experience even more special. Each guest is assigned a butler who takes care of reservations, brings anything you need to the room, and ensures your stay is seamless. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and quick to assist with an upbeat, positive energy. You didn’t have to wait at the bar for drinks at the pool, waiters checked in regularly making it so easy to relax. The resort was impeccably maintained—each morning, we saw workers cleaning, painting, and gardening to keep everything looking pristine. There was also plenty to do, with daily activities, live music, and shows. For those looking for adventure, there were excursions like snorkeling, ATVing, zip-lining, and sailing.
