We really had a good time, the view is amaizing, nice pool, the food was always on point, we had the room with pool and it was 24 hours, so even better, great staff full of attention to the guest, definetly recommend it to anyone who can go.

My second trip to this beautiful resort about an hour drive from the airport. Once again, the grounds were beautiful, there is lush vegetation, and wide sidewalks everywhere you go. There is a man-made canal system with boats that can fear you around the property should you not want to walk. There’s also golf carts to do that same job. There are various reflecting pools around the adults only side of the property. A beautiful lobby, many bars and several restaurants on the TRS side in addition to the Palladium family sides The most important thing I want to say is that the staff to a person are kind, generous, and helpful. We did not have a single negative or even neutral face to face encounter with the staff member. That said the property is far from perfect, and there are several things that I think have degraded since my last visit two years ago that would give me pause for concern for suggest suggesting this to someone else unequivocably . The people: the workers are almost, without exception, exceedingly kind and helpful. Even the gardeners will stop and welcome you. Special mention to Rodrigo by the pool and Pedro in Capricho. We felt the food had decreased and quality, and many restaurants were not even open except on the weekend nights, which made it difficult to get a variety of meals in. We also had difficulty with our air conditioner, never working properly and not being able to get hot water consistently.. reported these issues,never resolved
Poolside. One entire side of the pool down by the beach and is reserved solely for travel club members, but most days if you are at the pool before noon, you have no problem getting a good seat with an umbrella.

This was what was referred to as a beach side, ocean view loft, beach side in the sense that you are in the closer set of rooms to the beach, but certainly not where you could walk right out to it from your room, you’re just end of the last building

The property was super clean and esthetically pleasing. 24 hour room service was a great amenity. The food could’ve been better, as well as nightlife. Butler service was amazing! Shoutouts to our butler Windam, he was the best! Spa service was great! The staff at the resort were very friendly and super helpful. Everyone had patience with us. Overall, this resort provided the perfect mix of turn up and relaxation. Can’t wait to return!

Japanese restaurant. Food was okay, nothing spectacular.
Prime spot at the resort. Spent most of my time here. Pool is never cold and the vibes are always there. Bartenders are friendly.

The staff was very friendly, our butler was amazing, anything we asked for he got done and in a timely manner. I also enjoyed the food. I didnt like that they kept coming in the room so often to clean and change the bed, even after you can see someone already cleaned. Also they took our towels and didnt replace them clean and dirty we had to keep requesting towels. They do have a button to press so they know when its ok to enter and not ok. But if you need your fridge restocked and keep the button on for them to restock they tend to redo everything.
