Our stay at TRS Coral Hotel was absolutely incredible from start to finish! The resort is stunning, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is so relaxing — but what truly made our experience unforgettable were our two amazing butlers, Freddy and Brayan. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. From arranging our dinner reservations to surprising us with thoughtful touches throughout the week, they were always attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Their warm personalities and dedication made us feel truly cared for and spoiled the entire trip. This is my second time at the resort and they never cease to go above and beyond to make you feel special. I love it so much that I am actually getting married here! There are three pools which are all immaculate and a variety of restaurants, bars, and activities. This resort truly has everything you need and more in one place. Beyond that, the rooms are all spacious - with a hydrotherapy tub, loaded mini fridge, and a balcony (either garden view, ocean view, beachside view). You get assigned a butler at check-in who helps you make dinner reservations, activity reservations, and helps you with everything else you may need. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Cancun - you genuinely cannot stay at a better all-inclusive resort.

TRS was a good resort. The weather turned out great. I wish there was fun music played by the pool atleast in the afternoon. They had a live saxophone one day and we enjoyed that very much. The rooms were very nice, unfortunately our swim out room smelled musty, and due to the rain by our arrival there were lots of bugs. The food was good. The breakfast buffet over on the family side was a lot more impressive than the small one on the adult size. Our filets at El Dorado were fabulous. Absolutely amazing staff!!! We cannot stress enough how great the staff was. They went above abound beyond to made our stay one to remember. The pool waiters names were Daniel, Alberto, Karina & Karmen. The beach staff were Roger & Viemi. We miss them already. Also Carmen and Miseal were our main butlers and they were great as well. Thank you to these people for an amazing stay.

Had a great stay! The resort was beautiful and a very calm space! It was nice that the beach was a walk away and we were able to enjoy the water! The was INCREDIBLE we made friends with the staff right away and everyone was so nice. The staff that stood out to us was Alberto, Roger, Viemi, Karina, and Karmen. They were so nice and they were so sad to see us go! The housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean and replenishing linens too!

Enjoyed our time at TRS Coral! Our butlers Eladio and Alexia were fantastic and provided us with excellent service. Our golf cart driver Oscar was fantastic and drove us around all week. Food was good at Portifino, the French restaurant and both steakhouses. The coffee shop was great too! Our swim up was nice but the water could've been warmer. Overall a great time and would return in the future.

I had an absolutely amazing time for my birthday. From start to finish it was top notch. The lobby smells so magical. The food was fantastic. Our butlers were amazing. The best costumer service I have ever received in my life has been from Carlos Mota the Rooms Division Manager, from the moment we check in he greeted us with open arms and treated us like if he knew us all his life. He gave us incredible recommendations to the best restaurants, set us up with the best tables and always checked up on us during our whole stay. He's an incredible person and the best staff member of this hotel. I would hands down recommend anyone to go to this hotel.
