Hotels with a Wedding Venue in Bahamas

Liked the room but not the upgrade we paid for ocean view and ended up with cruise ship view. Staff slow and not enough of them. Loved the private beach though frequent passes of cruise ships morning and night intruded our view. It wasn’t busy in the hotel and it was a beautiful hotel - close to walkable bars and restaurants and shops.

We loved the beach! It was perfect. My sister and I (senior citizens) were able to enjoy the water every day. It rained but it was short always. The hotel provides umbrellas and chairs. The large pool was lovely as well. We passed on the swim up bar because there were too many people there. The hotel offers several dining options and plenty of drinks. The staff in the reception desk was attentive and very helpful. The view on the even side of the rooms was not pleasant. There is a public beach with storage bins and debris there. When we switched rooms to the odd numbers side it was perfect. The balcony was small but adequate for two people. We did not need to leave the hotel. I was hit and fell when the entrance door did not detect I was going out.. I was told the sensor does not read a presence if you don’t move. I think the hotel should re-calibrate its door.
