The person that checked us in was friendly and helpful. The valet / bellman were fantastic. The amenities are great and convenient. The hotel room was nice, good size but needs better lighting. The carpet needs to be changed/removed. The linens had stains. The pullout couch was comfortable however needs to be replaced.
