I had to walk to the front of the property because my key card didn’t work after leaving to check in. Staff on the cart wouldn’t give me a ride to the front and wouldn’t take me back to my building. They told me to catch the shuttle which didn’t come. So I had to walk with my bags to the front and back to my building.
