Dear Jeffrey, No need to exaggerate. However, we are sure that makes you a great story teller. Just to clarify - replacement key fee is 25.00 not 40.00. However, if you take care of your belongings - this should never occur. Yes, an after hours lock out fee is 50.00 for our on-call staff who will return to work at all hours to assist guests who have lost a key. And again, not sure where this 400.00 price has come out of (but we don't want or need to know)We highly recommend you choosing at a hotel with a 24 hour reception in future. It might be more better suited for you. Most people do not loose keys nor get locked out, but are highly understandable about an after hours on-call fee due the fact loosing a key comes down to their own negligence.
