My husband and I had the best time at Unico for my 40th birthday. The staff were so attentive - Erik was amazing and made sure we had dinner reservations each night. We had an amazing stay at the resort. The food was fantastic, the activities were a blast, and the whole atmosphere made the trip unforgettable. The service throughout the week was excellent, and our butler Manuel added an extra level of care that really elevated our experience.

The staff was amazing! So kind and attentive. Janet, Ricardo,Jesus , Deborah, the dance instructor and Sebastian. All amazing. Food at Italian restaurant was exceptional with great service from Henri ! Pizza was great poolside.

Everything was amazing! No complaints! The swim up pool room was wonderful. Housekeeping came everyday to clean the room and came every night for turn down service. The staff on the entire property were so nice and accommodating. Our local host Josue checked in everyday to assist us with anything we needed like booking activities and dinner reservations. All of the food at the restaurants was very good! My husband and I enjoyed the couples massage at the spa as well!
