Our experience at the resort was largely positive. The grounds were beautiful, everything was clean, and we particularly enjoyed the pools and the attentive service. The staff across the resort were also very friendly. However, the check-in process was frustratingly slow. Additionally, we were aggressively approached by timeshare salespeople who provided dishonest information regarding the incentives for attending their presentations (like free breakfast, drinks, massages, and cabanas). The quality of the food was average for a resort and varied depending on the restaurant.

Experience was amazing. The service from staff was top notch. Our host was so helpful, attentive, and engaging. She got us later checkout, last minute access to the mixology class, and handled all our reservations. The excursions we did were fun and smooth. Highly recommend the underground river tour. The Mexican restaurant was our favorite dinner spot, we went there multiple times. Importantly, there were far more chairs than people, so it was never hard to find a spot on the beach, by the pool, or at the bars. And every location has staff ready to take drink and or food orders. It's also a smaller all-inclusive compared to some - which we really enjoyed. It's a short walk between any facilities, but it never felt crowded or chaotic. 10/10 Couldn't recommend it more, will probably go back soon.

Beautiful resort! The interior was decorated beautiful to every detail and it smells amazing. Each restaurant is beautiful as well. The service was a mix of great and terrible. I had high expectations for the food and it was just ok. I would say food is on par with other all inclusive options. You cannot swim at the beach because of the waves and seaweed. Huge piles of seaweed with bugs swarming all around. Resort did not even attempt to clean it up during our stay. We just hung out by the pool instead which was really nice!

My girlfriend and I went there for a Weeknd getaway and the first thing we noticed was security guard at the gate. We felt very safe. The reception area was very cozy and impressive. The facilities: restaurants, shopping store, the pool were clean and well organized. The room was a panoramic view to the ocean with a hot tub outside on the balcony, and it was excellent to enjoy it. You will like it there.

We loved our vacation. We celebrated our 20th Anniversary. We enjoyed the mixology and tequila classes. This was an enjoyable trip and we would stay at this hotel again.

It was a beautiful, well maintained property. Food options were very good at the restaurants. however it was lacking vegan/veg options at the mexican restaurants. Wish they had more vegetarian options at the pool restaurants as well. Drinks were okay by the pool. Restaurants drinks were little better. The coffee shop Inze was another joke. They did not know how to make a cappuccino correctly. It was just lot of milk and foam, I could barely see the coffee shot. Same thing with masala chai. Also the cafe was underwhelming with the amount of options and staff didn't seem to care about it. The concierge service was felt like little rushed. We had to keep asking questions about where is what and also about activities instead of being proactive and giving us the tour or showing map of the property. The beach was not as clean as other parts of tulum. They had lot of seaweed and rocks. So definitely not a good beach to soak in. Also they need more of the cabanas by the beach, instead of chairs to get some shade from sun. Need more activities for the day, felt like there was not enough activities for us to do. Also pool bike class was full with just 12-15 people. If you have such a big resort, thats not enough bikes. Need more space in the classes like mixology. Need more night shows or entertainments like what some of the tulum restaurants have. Also that $200 credit was a joke, there is literally nothing you can use towards, everything comes with a big price.

We had a fabulous time at this property! The dining choices exceeded our expectations. We especially loved Mura the Asian restaraunt. The property is beautiful, clean and not overcrowded. The staff is friendly and helpful. I am telling everyone I know to go to Unico 20 87!
