I can't say enough good things about this place! It's an incredible value for money — the quality far exceeds the price. The service was top-notch from start to finish. The staff were genuinely attentive, friendly, and truly caring, making the entire experience feel personal and welcoming. If you're looking for a place that offers both great food and exceptional service, this is hands down the best choice in Kelowna. Highly recommended!

Cheap and cheerful is what I like to say. I had breakfast via the lounge patio next door one morning, excellent food and great service there!! When I arrive to my hotel room, the tub was not fully cleaned properly so it had to be redone. That was a little bit offputting. But the staff were very friendly and I’m happy with my stay. They did not have regular coffee pods for the machine in the room, which was a bit disappointing, as I like to drink coffee in my room when I travel

We have to change room the very next day due to roof maintenance. They took our own facial towels when cleaning room the 3rd morning. No one even clean the room the day after. Then the next few days. They just put fixed the beds and leave new towels on couter without taking dirty one with them. No one fill any coffee nor cream. Cups unclean. We have to complain everyday and still no resolutions. Staffs are very nice but lack of action other than listen to you patiently. We were planning on going back in August but definitely not with this hotel
