What to Do in Kirkland

Getting To & Around Kirkland

Touch down at either Boeing Field/King County International Airport (BFI) or Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), either of which will put you about 35 to 45 kilometres from Kirkland, depending on the route you take. Rent a car, catch a cab, or ride one of the local King County Metro Transit buses north. Kirkland's downtown area is small and quite walkable, but a car is ideal for more distant trips to the surrounding locale.
