All of the staff was amazing trouble with checking in with expedia and changing days or adding days , but the hotel staff helped. I was locked out of my room at one point and they were very helpful in getting me back into my room safely. The entire stay was amazing awesome.

The front desk kept lying to me about the time. My room would be ready then. When it was ready?\n After 3 hours.\n It was not clean. There is somebody else's poop on toilet lead and dirt on the floor was not swept or mopped counters were dirty, also very disappointed.

Staff was courteous but room desperately needed upgrades. Dead spiders in room, cracks in walls and corners need repaired. Rusty tub drain. Paid extra to be river front and they put us right next to the outdoor employee smoking area behind the trees so we couldn’t even see the river.

Too clean. The staff cleaned our room at 9:00am while we had breakfast at the casino. We came back to discover a soap holder with special soap had been thrown away. Our fault for not putting the do not disturb notice on the door knob.

Staff is friendly room was clean. It does get a little noisy and they should let people travel trailers who rent rooms disconnect them from their truck so they can do errands in town or whatever they’d like to do.

Booked 2 rooms and was charged $100 security deposit per room for a total of $200. Stayed one night. Waited 6 days for the release of the security deposit which never happened. Called and was told the manager was the only one authorized to release the hold and she would call me. Never happened. Called the next day and was told she went home on an emergency. I was told there wasn’t anyone else to help until later in the phone call when I was told to call back and speak with a supervisor. Instead I called my bank to dispute this hold. My bank refunded my $200 immediately. I’ve booked many times at hotels and never been charged a security deposit, and I’ll make sure to follow that standard. Simply terrible experience with getting help to resolve this.
