Staff were friendly and helpful throughout hotel and restaurant. Great to get such an early check in after overnight travel. Very reasonable for GBP15. Hotel was quiet during our stay. Beds were super comfortable and shower was great too. Restaurant, bar and coffee shop nice. Rooms basic and a bit dated. Fridge would be good. Easy walk to terminals, buses and trains. Would definitely use again.

Convenient to Terminal 4

Quiet, clean, and being able to walk via tunnel to Heathrow was perfect. Dinner was very good too. Wifi a little slow, but I would stay here again.

The entire staff was extremely kind, thoughtful and helpful. This is a very convenient hotel to Heathrow - the train takes you right to Terminal 4 & the entrance to the covered walkway that leads to the lobby. It'll be my go-to for arriving/departing international flights as I felt safe as a solo traveler and the room was clean, quiet and just what was needed.

Not enough towels!

The room was clean and the staff on the front desk were good. The room only had one hand and one bath towel - easy to rectify, but after arriving late in the evening and needing to leave by 6am - we only noticed when we went to shower at 5am! And the TV remote was so grimy that it was very uncomfortable to touch. Apart from that - not bad. Thank you.
