Comfortable bed, clean room, convenient location & short covered walkway to Terminal 4. Liked effective thermostat, which ensured room could be made cool enough. Breakfast was very good! Perfect location for Terminal 4. check out was noon which allowed me to have a relaxing morning before my flight. Costa coffee ideally located near reception so i could pick up a coffee/ pastry for my room.

I only stayed overnight for a layover but my experience was still great. The location is really good because I didn’t even have to go outside. Even though this was located in Terminal 4, when you go through the bridge going inside the airport, you get free transfer via Elizabeth line to other terminals. The room was clean and spacious and good air conditioning. Great stay.
