Hotels with a Gym in Manchester

The room was clean, neat, and comfortable, which we appreciated. However, our overall experience was disappointing due to the lack of customer service. We were travelling with young children and found the arrival process quite difficult. There was no available parking for unloading luggage, no assistance offered with our bags, and no luggage trolley available for guests to use. Managing multiple suitcases and children without any support made check-in unnecessarily stressful. While one member of staff was helpful and friendly, unfortunately the rest of our interactions with staff left us feeling that guest needs were not a priority. The hotel itself has potential, but improvements in customer service and guest support, particularly for families, would make a significant difference to the overall experience.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The air-conditioning worked well and the room was very quiet but it was on the small side. It was very near to the airport and train station- both within walking distance Overall it was good value for the money

Stayed here for one night, all the staff were very friendly and we were always welcomed with a hello and a smile. The gent behind the bar was also very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the awful drain smell in the bathroom, was so bad it almost made me vomit during the night.
