Good location, beds were comfortable, reasonably priced. The main issue was that there were 3 of us but only one key was supplied - as the key was needed for the front entrance and the lift, it meant that one of us had to go down to let the others in each time we split up. Rather inconvenient. The balcony door lock was broken. Also some low cost amenities (normally found at other places we've stayed) would have improved our experience eg. there was no coffee, tea, sugar or milk; only 6 hangers between 3 people, and the bare minimum of towels.

Stayed in Molly's basic apartment for 5 nights. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and handy to all the city has to offer. Although the building has some issues- hallway was musty and carpets water stained- once inside the apartment this was not an issue. Overall happy with our stay.

A buy to let apartment, minimum everything, one pillow one towel, no flannel, no welcome pack, not even salt and pepper. Single key is a real pain as it is needed for everything so people going separate ways is an unnecessary logistics exercise. Some mould in the shower, heavily sweat stained cushions in the bedroom. Permanent residents unhappy about and unwelcoming toward short term renters using the facilities (pool, gym and sauna). Good location but that’s all. Won’t be using it again myself.

Good location in proximity to everything you need in the CBD, trams and metro are also very accessible. Accommodation were OK, there was construction and a weird smell in the hallway. The hosts are not at all responsive to inquiries about accommodations for early check in or late check out (months and weeks in advance no less). Probably would not stay here again as there are better options nearby (like the Aspire).
