Room was clean and spacious; hotel is in a good location. Biggest problem is, the hotel is used by charities to house homeless people on a temporary basis so it can be somewhat noisy overnight. Can walk to supermarket, 200 metres, and the Dandenong market with fresh foods and clothes etc. Check in staff were fast and helpful.

Room and facilities overall are serviceable, however mattress seemed cheap, and the room and hallways have a musty odor and really need professional cleaning of carpet and soft furnishings to freshen up. Bed linen was clean though, and bathroom also clean and updated.

It was ok for a “beside the highway” cheap and cheerful hotel for a single night. Rough area around the hotel. The hotel room was clean but some aspects needed maintenance. The bathroom had been renovated recently, but the carpet and walls were stained. The table in the room had someone's name scratched into the surface with a knife. The bed was hard, but the sheets clean and neatly made. The room only had a bar-fridge and kettle. There was no microwave or toaster. Overall it was ok.

Only when destitute!!

Morning of checkout I tried to rebook the room for another night stay online but accidentally selected the room that was $14 cheaper and once they realised I had booked online weren’t happy with me at all and said they will not refund even if I was to rebook the room I was meant to select and said I have to leave in 10 mins or they will call police coz it was dead on check out time of 10am and then told me if I pay for the room outright with cash I can stay. So wanted to charge me for the full room price on top of the card amount they had already received. There was no microwave or toaster only kettle in the room and to top it all off they tried to state that I wasn’t going to receive a key for the room and if I need to go out I would need to get reception to open back up for me once I returned. Very disappointing since myself and two children were kept awake all night with yelling and screaming from other people staying and a party going on 2 rooms down that was held till early hours of morning.

The aircon heating was malfunctioning and remote controller had a cracked glass making it difficult to see. There were cigarette burns on the blanket. The light above the wash hand basin didn’t work. No hand towel supplied in bathroom. The window Was very difficult to close. Shower was very good.
