Just moments from three leafy local parks and an easy stroll to the stunning Frankston Foreshore – with mesmerising scenes of beach and sunset, pier, and waterfront cafés – this is the perfect base for unwinding and exploring.
It's also walkable to Frankston Town, Bayside Shopping Centre, Hospital, Monash University campus and the train station (commuting to Melbourne CBD in an hour), and everything the beautiful Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

Our home is a townhouse with three bedrooms in beachside Frankston
- with a garage and one onsite parking
- And a spacious backyard
Kitchen
The heart of the home is the sleek, modern stone-benchtop kitchen, opening to a sunny dining and living area and to a wooden deck via glass sliders that flood the space with southern light. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, rice cooker, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. Other cooking utensils and cooking basics are provided, and you will be welcomed with complimentary coffee and tea.
Living and dining area
Pure and clean space with a comfortable leather sofa and TV;
A six-person dining table is set between the kitchen and the TV area.
WiFi is provided
Air conditioning and ducted heating provide comfort for our guests all year-round.
Bedrooms:
All three bedrooms have their own en-suite, certainly a time saver and de-stresser for those rushed mornings or evenings on a trip; The spacious master bedroom upstairs also features its own luxurious bath in the en-suite, while the other two generous queen bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) each have private en-suites with a rain shower head. Fresh towels, shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer are provided.
All bedrooms have split air conditioning for both cooling and heating functions for all year-round comfort. There is also a ducted heating system throughout the house. Black-out blinds, quality mattress and linen ensure a great night’s sleep.

A handy study nook adds extra space for work or quiet time upstairs.
Adjacent to the living area is a laundry area equipped with a washer, detergent, fabric softener, iron and ironing board.
Car Parks:
The garage is compact, only suitable for cars that are medium and small sized;
One car can park outside the garage
Other cars can be parked on the street for free.
