The hotel rooms were nice, however the hotel is overrated, the pool is not so big, it does have nice view. Also, the staff are not welcoming or friendly at least the one who helped, in addition, nobody helped me with my bags. The breakfast was very bad, $45 for buffet with no option, the eggs were below average and the bread was not fresh. I would have paid that much money somewhere else. In general, the rooms were nice but service wise not good, I donโ€™t think Iโ€™ll stay here again.

Clean and neat and good.. The attitude of some of the more elderly lady-staff was poor and somewhat rude.The younger ones including the lad who checked me in were polite and professional. Breakfast was pretty much better than expected. There was a guy called Tai who was very very professional and friendly.

Amazing staycation. Hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel special and welcome. Staff were super friendly and happy to assist with anything. Upon arrival we were told we had been upgraded and we received a bottle of red wine to celebrate my bday - outstanding! Will def stay again and recommend. AAA +++
