Its location is so convenient to southern cross station & the CBD. Love that the Flagstaff Gardens are just there. Loved the spacious room, the crisp linen, the large plush pillows & the blackout curtains. The decor colour and style was cosy & comfortable too. This hotel exceeded expectations, especially considering it had only been open for six weeks at the time of my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the overall design and aesthetics were impressive, and the room was spotless and well-maintained. The bar and buffet offerings were also of a very high standard. I would gladly return in the future.
