This hotel was amazing! Stay here on our wedding night. The room was spacious clean and the bed was super comfortable. We were a little sad on a Sunday morning when we missed out on breakfast coming down just before 11 am.

Highly recommend

We spent our 10-year anniversary at this hotel in Melb and it was truly memorable. The hotel went above and beyond to help us celebrate, surprising us with champagne in our room. The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We were also impressed that the staff took the time to walk you through the room. The warm service made our stay extra special. Food ordered through room service is also warm and tasty. Highly recommend this hotel for both family stays and special occasions!

Great service

Room wasn’t ready on arrival, they gave us 2 drinks and allowed us to wait at the bar. They gave us an additional 2 drink card and a free dessert. Within 5 minutes of walking into the bar the called us saying our room was ready. On arrival at our room we were greet with a box of macarons and a further apology for the delay. All of this for a 10 minute delay and most. Great customer service, staff were awesome, hotel was awesome and the curious bar is a must

Absolutely brilliant in every way, except for the pillows on the bed. It would be nice to have options that I’m quite so thick because they really messed with my neck. Prevented me having what could’ve been a perfect nights sleep in an amazing place.
