It was average overall. My complaint is that the housekeeping staff opened the door of my room at around 9 AM when we hadn't even checked out. They didn't even give me a chance to get to the door after they knocked. That really creeped me out.

This hotel has great staff, the most friendly and cooperating I have ever seen. The breakfast options are good. Rooms are clean. My only call out is if they can arrange smart TV, that will be great.

Very good, comfortable, easy access to downtown/FishWharf, other cities. Don't get the BW+ hotel confused with regular BW hotel, which is only 1/4 mile away! 2-level parking is located underneath hotel, so don't get visually confused looking for a large front parking lot here; just the usual semi-circle driveway with a 2-lane aisle to the left, accessing the garage.
