The staff was friendly and the room was clean, but the overall experience reflected the budget nature of the stay. The flooring had cracked vinyl, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, and noise traveled easily—we could hear everything from the guests upstairs, including a loud rendition of “Happy Birthday” at midnight. Checkout was frustrating, as it relied on a kiosk with a virtual attendant. The connection was poor, making the process slow, and I was ultimately unable to receive a receipt detailing my charges.

The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff was very friendly, Actually stayed an additional night due to a delayed flight at the Monterey Airport. Would definitely return in the future.

Nice place! It was spacious, clean and overall good. Only thing is that in the room we stayed the remote wasn’t working very well. We connected to Netflix and it would randomly pause whatever we were watching. The AC was also super loud. But overall it was a good stay.

The way I was greeted with a virtual attendant was awful. There were all kinds of problems including not being able to understand it. I would much rather be checked in by a real person. I will not return because of it. Also I couldn't get the tv to work. I was not able to change channels only volume worked on the remote.
