I was surprised with the room. It was really updated and functional. I love it when designers really think through the functionality of the rooms. The showers were nice and curtains were magnetic, nice toiletries, towel hanging rod under the sink area, very spacious rooms, Keurig coffee machine and more. Front desk staff was friendly. Definitely stay here again. Only thing is parking is tight, but it doesn’t really matter that much.

Our room was exactly how it was described. Rooms were very clean, multiple tables and extra chairs were useful in getting ready. Linen and towels very clean. It’s worth the money. We paid 60$ per night.

I don’t like to leave reviews but I had to make an exception for this hotel. It was way better than I expected, I was a little bit concerned since I was traveling by myself but I felt safe the whole time, I didn’t even need to use my door lock because they already have on the door, while most hotels doesn’t. The staff at the front desk were just amazing and so friendly and I’m very picky about costumer service. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel on my next business trip to Monterey.

The Best we have been to...

By far, the best stay I have had! I classify this as an economy hotel, our room had everything - frig/freezer, microwave, coffee pods, shampoos, soaps, conditioners. New flooring and tile work all high quality products and obviously quality installation. Roomy, coordinated furniture, all papers abd linen decorativily arranged. This hotel is head to toe top quality! (and we have a Hotels.com history here in Monterey CA)

First time traveling with 2 dogs. This place is very dog friendly and even has a little gated area near the entrance where dogs can play/potty. Make sure to clean after your dog. Overall a very nice cozy spot to book for a family trip. Monterrey, CA is a great place to take the family for a nice getaway from busy LA. There is a $45 fee per night/per dog.

Friendly professional service. Nice, safe, quiet area. Felt comfortable. I loved the bathroom lighting, full length mirror, different option's to place your luggage . Frig with freezer, microwave, coffee maker. Nice firm bed. I will definitely go back.
