The staff was great, from check to restaurant to meeting a couple of maids in the hallway, were all friendly and helpful. While the chicken sandwich was delicious, it wasn’t my first choice. Went to restaurant shortly after it opened on a Thursday evening to discover it didn’t have the variety described on the website. Also, several main course items weren’t available, and only two of the three dessert choices were available. What they had was delicious though, excellent waitstaff and bartender who came over to discuss what brand of vodka I preferred in my drink won me over.

We found this hotel perfect for a family holiday. The service was good, the room comfortable and the kids loved the big pool. It was also very much appreciated that both restaurants had children's meal on offer on the menu. A special thank you to Pauline in reception for excellent service.

Loves the property and staff. Rooms were clean. The pool area was cool too. Fire pit. Lots of tables. My only complaint would be the restaurant bar area in the hotel. We were there for three days and the menu didn’t change. It’s a small menu and would have liked more options. The staff was excellent.

Really a wonderful stay for the price. Bed was nice and firm which was very nice after walking and whale watching. Im 260lb and my fiance is 90lb and we both loved the bed, notably.

Fine hotel, but overpriced

Room was decent, but was not a great value. Even with high rates, self-parking and breakfast were at additional cost
