This property is just a short stroll to Pukekura Park, Womad, Racecourse, Bowl of Brookland's, TSB Stadium, cafes, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. City Sails is the perfect place for you to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring.

From mid-December until early February, Pukekura Park is transformed for the Festival of Lights. Enjoy lighting displays set among beautiful botanic gardens, take a picnic down to The Hatchery lawn, and listen to free live music most nights during this festival. A must to visit.
