This property is my go to for my trips to Manhattan. Very centrally located in Midtown. Walkable to most everything. The staff are so nice and helpful. The continental breakfast is great and they have a coffee station open till 18:30. 5 stars all around

THE ROOM HAD A GREAT SHOWER BUT IT WAS SHOCKING TO SEE THE DISREPAIR OF THE ROOM. E.G., TILES COMING UP ON BATHROOM FLOOR, WALLPAPER AND CARPET OLD AND DINGY, UPHOLSTERY SOILED ON CHAIR, SLIDING GLASS DOOR BROKEN, WINDOW SHADE NOT EASY TO USE, ELEVATOR YUCKY INSIDE WITH AN OLD DOOR MAT. THE BREAKFAST LADY WAS VERY NICE AND CHEERFUL BUT THE ROOM WAS COLD AND THE TOASTER WAS BROKEN, NOT AN IMPRESSIVE BREAKFAST BUT ADEQUATE. YELP HAD STORIES OF PEEPING TOM MIRRORS THAT MADE ME UNCOMFORTABLE AND THERE WERE ALSO PICTURES OF BUGS ALTHOUGH I DID NOT HAVE THAT EXPERIENCE. SINCE THE FLOOR TILES WERE STICKING UP FROM WATER DAMAGE, I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SURPISED. OVERALL, I FOUND MY STAY TO BE DEPRESSING AND I WOULD NOT CONSIDER RETURNING. THE BELLMAN WAS KIND ENOUGH TO LOCK UP MY BAGS BEFORE I MOVED NEXT STORE. .

I want to say that my receptionists and door guys are very nice, the morning receptionist on the door guy they are so so nice super helpful, I'm waiting to see my refund of $190 because I Read the review with other people and their money refunds and I'm so scared, Stan was okay but the rules what they have about. If you want to extend your time then you have to pay another $200. That sucks, and if you want to spend 3 days to 5 days is $300. That hotel doesn't worth all of that, I tried to book four more nights and they told me I had to pay more $200 , I stay in better hotels. Way better all over the country even in other countries, and and if I add one more night or two more night then never take more money because all they do is they hold My deposit? from the first booking, and why pay $200? That's crazy. I've seen people turn away because they don't have $200, where nicer hotel and way better does not even take $200, and I went to hotels where I get my refund the next day or 2 days after and I heard they take about 7 days before you can get back your funds, well I got kicked out because I did not have $400 to pay for my four extra nights deposit. But I book another hotel and guess what? My deposit was just $30 way better hotel. It's a good rhythms to buy rubbish, Don't get me wrong. The people who work there are great amazing people. The policy is b*******

Excellent stay with a reasonable price! Staff is really nice. But the hotel overall is old, you can see 'ages' from wall, carpet, sofa cover, etc. The big mirror is amazing. Plus free breakfast!

This hotel is horrible. I don’t recommend no one to stay here. It’s very dirty and it’s not up today. Their linen is filthy. Bathroom condition is very dirty as well. As soon as you walk into the hotel it does not smell clean at all. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel, especially if you’re staying with children
