I choose Comfort and a place where the staff remembers you and strives for service of the highest order. Everytime I book a stay, Facondo and melisa, and their team are their to take care of me and it shows. The rooms are some of the biggest hotel rooms in Manhattan, and at night the area is quiet..for NYC. Spectacular location. Spectacular service. I book here every time Im in NYC, which has been going on 5 years straight. I finally decided not to be dumb and become a member this year in march, and I have stayed at this hotel so many times I am about to be a gold member. If you want feel like a new Yorker and not a traveler, this is your hotel.

We had no heat - staff said bc building was old. Brought a space heater that didn’t work and had to wait a long time for one that worked. Got stuck in elevator and was told by staff that happens sometimes bc building is old. Felt very ripped off - paid $400/ nite when Hyatt and Marriott nearby were approx $200/ nite. Very unsatisfactory experience.
