The place is very over price . Room very small , we could not even open the window to get some fresh air . Need a very good refresh . Overall I think for the price we paid per night definitely could stay in a better place and with breakfast .🙁

Stay was great, we were able to drop off our bags early and go explore the city, then check in at normal check in time. When checking in they gave us a slight upgrade, which seemed awesome. However they upgraded us to a wheelchair accessible room which wouldn’t be a problem, we didn’t need that. But more space to move around in the room but the show was only as high as 5’. Now I’m 6’ and my husband is 6’4” so showering was a bit of an issue. But other than that everything was great.

Extremely small room. King-size bed but extremely uncomfortable. Very dated room. Bathroom walls need a wipe down. Front staff friendly enough.

They put me in an ajoining room where the door between the rooms would not lock properly. And I could hear the people in the other room like they were right next to me. I did not feel safe. And the front desk would do nothing. Never again will I use Tracelocity.

Pretty great over all. Front desk staff was very helpful and flexible about requests. It would have been nice if I could have borrowed an HDMI cable to plug my laptop into the TV. Also I discovered that the power strip built into the dresser was plugged into itself instead of the wall and had to fix it.

This seems like a very good budget choice in a good location. My room was plain and faced an airshaft, but it was clean and quiet. The hallways are pretty institutional, but that doesn't matter much. The front desk staff was great.

Everything you need at a reasonable price!

If you’re looking for a relatively inexpensive hotel to stay in while you wander around NYC I would highly recommend Heritage. The rooms are small and packed in pretty close, but they have everything you need INCLUDING A MINI FRIDGE! Also the front desk staff was so lovely and nice that they can’t be beat.
