I mean, staff was nice, BUT what really made this trip awesome was the location of the hotel. There were plenty around, but down the street from Times Square was prime! Awesome trip, and most of going around New York (Theater district) was by foot, but also close to quite a few Subway stops. It seems the subway stops were ALL over😊
