If you are looking to relax, enjoy nature and the greenery of a tropical garden setting then Casa Susana is the right place, 3 bedrooms, 4 baths...
This beautiful home, renting for the first time December of 2009 is located in the exclusive development and hotel area of Playacar Phase II.

The house is beautifully decorated with colorful artwork and attention to every detail in every corner.
On the main floor you will find a spacious living room with a large flat panel TV and dining room with granite table, a comfortable and roomy kitchen where you can be sure to find everything you need, including all high end major appliances; microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dish washer.

From this area there is access the laundry room with washer and dryer.

Access to the second level is by an elegant staircase leading onto a spacious foyer. From here, you can enter either of the two bedrooms with their private baths. One bedroom has bun beds and the other one king size bed. These bedrooms open to a very large balcony overlooking the common area pool and tennis courts.

The marble stairs with glass and mahogany rails continue to a third level and the main bedroom with a king size bed with a large closet and bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. From this floor you access an outdoor balcony overlooking the gardens or a small street side balcony looking at the Reef Club. Also accessible from here is a spiral staircase to the rooftop level with a marble floor, lounge chairs for sunning and a six person Jacuzzi where you can cool off and catch a glimpse of the Caribbean and Cozumel.

All bedrooms plus the living area have satellite TV and are separately air conditioned.

At your disposal you will find a gas grill if you prefer to cook outside and eat on the patio table enjoying the Caribbean breeze.

The house also has a pool and tennis courts available for visitors

Being right in front of the Reef Club hotel, you can hear the music from the restaurant.

Our family of six had an absolutely wonderful time. We were met upon arrival to get the rundown of the home and grounds. The home is as gorgeous as the photos. We thoroughly enjoyed the two pools. There was a third resort style pool that we did not go in because we liked the privacy of the two at the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. They also had a water system that allowed us to drink water from the fridge. If you are considering a stay here, look no further! The gated community of Playacar is safe, it is easy to get to Playa del Carmen by foot or car, and you’ll want to make this a vacation home to return to.
