We only stayed for one night so we didn’t stay at the cheapest hotel. However, this place needs a lot of work. The bedsheets were not clean and there was hair on the blankets and dinner plates. The floor looked like it had not been vacuumed for a very long time.

Avoid This Accommodation – Dirty, Tired, and Poorly Maintained I recently stayed at this accommodation booked through Expedia, and it was a deeply disappointing experience. The property is dirty and tired, with numerous issues that made our stay uncomfortable. Firstly, the paint throughout the accommodation is yellowing and the tiling is cracked, giving the place a neglected and shabby appearance. The bathroom is very old and in poor condition, which made it unpleasant to use. The kitchen was poorly stocked with utensils and crockery, making it difficult to prepare meals. This was especially frustrating as we had chosen this place partly for the convenience of having a kitchen. The stairwell was in terrible condition, with pools of water and rusting pipework, adding to the overall sense of decay and lack of maintenance. Overall, I would strongly recommend avoiding this accommodation. It is in desperate need of renovation and better upkeep.

The apartment was ok and the managers were lovely but the pool was green, the back of the building was covered in what looked like mould. The shower tap but broken. The steps to the unit were all rotting away with concrete cancer - it was not at all like it was as represented in the pictures online.

It felt very homely. My family and I were very comfortable staying here. Was lovely and clean, Management was extremely nice. Pool was a hit for my kids. Location was great as we could walk everywhere. Loved that we had a washing machine and dryer available too.

Got a knock on the door asking why we had moved a fake plant with stones in it had to explain with 2 toddlers we didn’t want anything broken answer I got was it’s a $500 plant it will get ruined, they say ample parking they have 4 spaces out the back if they are all taken there is 5 under the building which is NOT appropriate for any sort of 4x4 or larger car so only option was to park on the street there seemed to be more rules then a jail you had to be quite from 7pm-7am room and bathroom were very outdated, apartment we were in had cat scratched holes all in flyscreen and stains on timber floor, window in kitchen would open but had no flyscreen on jt

Older property that is in excellent location, extremely clean and a very practical layout and facilities. But it’s very tiered inside and out. Whole place should be repainted and would be really cool with new mid century style furnishings. Kitchen and bathroom practical but old fashioned. Leather main bedroom with comfortable bed. Can be noisy with traffic as windows are not very soundproof. All that said I would stay again due to location, price and practicality of the space.
