There is no parking so you jave to look for parking around the area and you have to walk to the hotel wich I didn't like because it's unsafe specially walking with my teenager not safe at all the hitel had a weird smell and staff was not gentle. We went for a concert and when it was over instead of going back to the hotel we just drove back home.

Inside of the hotel was my staff was very friendly. However, outside of the hotel was Skid Row not a safe environment did not feel I could walk anywhere. In addition buyer beware upon checkout or several additional taxes that apply.

The access for valet parking is non-existent. The surrounding area was unsafe: We witnessed illicit drug use, two instances of solicitation, numerous individuals passed out near the entrance, and the neighboring businesses have boards over their windows and bars over the windows and doors. There was trash everywhere. We felt so unsafe that we didn't get out of the car and they did not refund our money.
