Very nice hotel. Nice facilities. I wish the front desk staff were more responsive. Tim a long time to get hold of anyone for issues. I would go there though because the property is very nice.

One of the top hotels around Union Square
Great facilities, staff was friendly and helpful. We attended the bar and was well staffed and selection was adequate. The only complaint I have is related to a promised small bar & food credit we were offered when checking in... reviewing the bill later I can tell the credit wasn't there. I'd come back regardless.
