This one bedroom, one bathroom beach pad boasts 180 degree views of Bondi Beach. Explore Bondi by day and fall asleep to the sound of the waves at night.

You cannot get closer to the beach, 10 metres to the sand and ocean pool just across the road.

Grab a coffee downstairs from Speedo’s café underneath the building and then enjoy the coastal walk from Bondi to Bronte.

Close to buses and many cafes and restaurants all within walking distance.

All the comforts with newly renovated kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, new floorboards, eight-seater entertainer’s dining table, double sofas to marvel at the ocean views, private beachfront balcony, and floor-to-ceiling bifold glass doors.

*Please be advised that fire safety measures and upgrades will be carried out on the building in April and May 2026, primarily on the sides of the building. Workers will be on site. The sea view will not be affected. Noise level is undetermined.

This was a fantastic spot on Bondi Beach. Views amazing, location perfect. I don’t love carpet in VRBOs and the bedroom carpet has definitely had some wear which is why the rating of a 4 on cleanliness. Easy to access, management clear communication-was a great stay!

Perfection!!!!

Oh my gosh!!!!! This is what we said when we walked in the door. The view and location are spectacular. The property itself is perfect in cleanliness and amenities. We swam and surfed to our hearts content then had a post swim drink and meal at the north Bondi rsl. Perfection! Proximity to everything you will need is either walking distance or a short Uber ride. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back very soon.

Great location

Bondi Beach across the road, great RSL club 100yds. Perfect spot and lovely unit with balcony and big sliding doors that bring the outside in. Nicely furnished and modern.
