Housekeeping need to check rooms!

I Love Meritons - and stay dozens of night per year. but this time unfort. the room was not presented to usual standards - the secondary bathroom had not been updated. used: towels - used amenities - and rubbish in the bin. also the amount of dust on shelves in Wardrobes was a problem, esp. with dark clothes assume these were a one off ??
