Lovely staff. Great location next to Chinatown and a quick walk to the Convention Centre and Darling Harbour. The only criticisms are the extremely limited menu options, my room and TV had no internet (stuck watching free TV - not experienced this in a long time!), and my mobile phone had limited reception despite being in the Sydney CBD (not the hotel's fault but seriously?!). The room was quite spartan with little to offer by way of extras/indulgences one would expect (eg a minibar). But mostly, what was sad was how loud all of the noise from the corridor was. It felt like anyone opening or closing a door was personally entering your room. Conversations could be heard in the next room. A lot of the rooms overlook a very busy road, if it's views you're after, maybe the higher floors might be better! But great to be so close to Chinatown/that end of Sydney.
