i intered in to a very smelly room and not was as described and it was a fithing in the middle of the night with a lot of noises and police came at 4:30am. they also said they will refund me 2 nights but still i haven't received my refund

Without wanting to tell people how to auck eggs....Guests should always read about the property so they are aware of things like the fact there are shared bathrooms (this is quite clear from the online info, yet people complain). Also look at location near roads in case you are worried about noise. There are main roads and road works near by. And costs are always going to be high in Sydney for what you get. But hotels should also be clear about what is available (coffee facilities in this case does not mean a kettle and bar fridge is available in the rooms, they are in a public area). We didn't need great facilities as we were only in town for a concert and it was close to train stations, but for only a couple of hours sleep you still expect clean sheets. One room had clean linen, the other looked like it was unclean. One room was missing the tv remote and they didn't have any spares. The place is very run down, parking is tricky at times, and it is definitely far from squeaky clean. However the staff were friendly and as helpful as they could have been. Not sure how anyone could give 4 or 5 stars to this place, make sure you read up....

The place is basic, like a Youth Hostel without shared bedrooms. Info doesn't mention that there are basic kitchen facilities available, kettle, microwave, small fridge. If I'd known that, I would have catered differently for myself. Info says coffee is available downstairs, could not see that at 8am. And the parking is shared with hotel patrons so not guaranteed. Worth mentioning for EV drivers, there is a charging station at BP Hassell St Rosehill, 5 min away.

Was a good place to stay for a 1 night stay. We were in a room facing the road and it was very loud at night time. Would recommend trying to get a room that is not facing the road as it was hard getting to sleep.

no amenities in room - no jug , toaster , sink 1x power point, no hair dryer, no tea / coffee semi clean shared toilet , bathroom used towels in room shared dining room , no sink , no cups , crockery or utensils right on Parramatta Road , noisy as hell no breakfast or dining facilities very expensive for room only avoid at all costs , just plain terrible

We have requested a refund waiting to hear back still, mould on walls & ceiling, rubbish/razors in communal shower, toilet dirty with last visitor not flushing, stunk. Nothing like online photos. Outdoors was nice & man at bar was lovely.
