Good customer service and comfortable quiet room. The shower and bathroom was disappointing, no fan and you had to keep the door closed due to the smoke alarm so everything fogs up. Shower also had no pressure unfortunately. Parking was easy and convenient.

It was okay. Good for one night pre / post flight. Staff could have been friendly and buffet breakfast and average. We had an early flight and someone told us to be quiet when we were getting organised to leave… I think people should be understanding that it’s an airport hotel so should expect disruptive sleep

The Stamford was a wonderful overnight stsy for us on our way home from Europe to Brisbane. The bed was comfortable and the room soundproof.

Liked the view of the Airport, while at the same time it was quiet in the room. Good sized room and large bed. We had some difficulty in finding the entrance to the hotel car park.

The locaiton wasn't great for me, the facilities really didn' lean itself to a multi night stay. Would be great if you were flying out early though

Our stay was very nice. Check in was super easy. My one complaint would be the cost of buffet breakfast. I felt it was too expensive for what was on option. Otherwise, all in all a good stay.
