Everything was ‘good’ but the ‘Stamford’ has a reputation, and I have a few stays this year & this was not like my last couple. Still lovely, but service a little lacking & quality not what it once was! I get it, I travel a lot, but I am known for being fair & quite generous. As I was there for three nights I just thought it might be a little more. It’s ok, I’ll be back, but honest feedback helps us all improve! Thanks for looking after me.
