Clean and bright and so well located. Lovely building and room, thank you. Unf I had not realised I had paid $495 per night for a room without a bathroom! Expensive. Also the repeated noise all night - was it the air conditioner or pipes in the walls? The staff said they didn’t know - but i saw this has been in past reviews. The noise of corridor doors opening and closing is also disruptive: sound proofing is not a thing here. I asked for an iron at 5.30 Sat night but didn’t hear back until Sunday morning - too late.

The Baxley Bondi was in a great location, was clean, with great front desk staff. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. We would stay there again in no time. Note: The shared bathrooms were always clean, we never had an issue getting in one or with cleanliness.

Gorgeous design, affordable and great location
Modern and well designed. Actually looks like the photos! Shared bathroom was beautifully maintained. Single bed was luxurious and the room had a fridge and sink. Very attentive and super friendly reception. My only concern was that the fridge wasn’t that cold and I fed this back to the reception staff who actively noted it down to work on for improvements. Great location! Short walk to Bondi Beach. I’ll definitely be back.

I had the most wonderful stay at Baxley and I would highly recommended. The location is perfect. The staff was incredible specially Victoria who works in the front desk, very helpful, knowledgeable about Sydney ans super kind I had to write a review cause I’m so happy I stayed here

The property is newly renovated and is styled beautifully. Our room probably was a little too small with no real storage, so would book a larger one next time. Definitely would stay again.
