Very friendly staff. Room was clean. I was very impressed with the memory foam pillows! We were upgraded to the ocean view room. It was a treat! The view was stunning. Adequate parking and facilities (no pool though)

Clean room, open the window for fresh air off the lake. Thought it would be noisy on the Main Street but very quiet. Amazing views of the lake & the snow covered mountains.

It's all about the location, location, location. Our rooms had spectacular direct views over the lake. The rooms were very clean. One of them (Room 303) had an interesting layout. It was a 1-bedroom, but to walk from he bedroom to the living area, you had to go through the bathroom. It required a little co-ordinating in the small amounts of time we were in the room. The manager on duty added a wonderful touch when, upon learning it was my son's birthday (because his mother had sent a package for him to reception), added a block of chocolate as a gift, when he delivered it to me.

It was great to have washing/drying facilities that were complimentary for guests. The receptionist was fantastic!! She was brilliant at her job and we felt welcomed when checking in.

While the hotel appears reasonably old, the room was very clean and was very well appointed. Being on the lakefront with expansive views made our stay wonderful. Also, the staff were very personable and helpful. Would recommend as an affordable option.
