This property was in a great location. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach and not far from lots of places. It has a roomy living area and a nice outlook to the hills. Unfortunately the fridge needed a clean and the oven was so greasy we didn't use it. We did mention this to the owner, but he didn't respond. With a good clean up it would be a worthwhile place to stay. The neighbours cat was very friendly!

Roomy ground level unit with good-sized lounge (no dining table) and kitchenette and separate bedroom with comfortable bed. Near beach and local shops. At eastern end of Papamoa, so a bit of a drive to Mount and Tauranga. Good for a quiet break away from crowds.

Nice home close to all amenities,Beautiful beaches

Very cool place to stay.The only problem was the bathroom floor water was everywhere cause shower needs to be boxed in.And bed was in coffin position other than that awesome place I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to chill and relax by the beach.

Thanks for your review, the bathroom is a wet area I might try and buy a squeegee thingee to help if water strays outside of shower, not sure what you mean by coffin position for bed though? Hopefully you still had a good nights sleep :)

Minutes walk from a surf beach, good local shops.

Pros: With a couple of chairs for the verandah it would be perfect.
Cons: Could benefit from small dining table and chairs. Unfortunately the shower floods most of the bathroom floor but we fixed this with a towel.
Location: Op shops, walks along the beach, hot water pools in Manganui, swimming and climbing the mountain, Sunday markets and lots more within 50km.
Short drive to Mt Manganui for patrolled beaches and safe harbourside beach. Food at "The Pap" just down the road was fabulous but there are many more options. This accommodation is perfect for couples wanting a quiet spot but close to everything. Really loved our stay.

Nice Apartment close to the beach

Pros: Close to the beach, quite location.
Cons: The toaster needs to be replaced it does not work.
Location: Papamoa is so close to everything, then best was the visit to the Fernlea Spa and mineral springs, perfect.
Nice quite stay, all the comforts of home. The bed was comfortable however the arm chairs where not.

Great room 5 min from the beach

The room was excellent, the lounge was much larger than I thought it would be and the bed was very comfy. It’s only a 5 min walk to the beach and it is located in a very nice neighbourhood. Darren was very helpful and provided plenty of books and games for rainy day activities. I would stay here again.
