I understand that the hotel is renovating but we werent aware of this when we booked. To get to our room was like going through a rabbit warren. Room was clean, we stayed 2 nights and room wasn't serviced at all, no clean towels, noise from ajoining room till 2 30am, unacceptable.

Staff were very friendly & polite. Room was disappointing-small & outlook was the top of garages and car park. They didn’t replace tea, coffee etc or bathroom products but were happy for us to pick them up from reception. Seating in room uncomfortable. Ranch slider door rattled when windy. They took $100.00 as some kind of bond and returned it on check out.

Nice tidy room, outdated bathroom. Main reason I booked hotel was for restaurant which I couldn't use first night or for breakfast next dau. As booked for a private function, breakfast was average, coffee was awful. Then on last night when I did get to use restaurant, they didn't have chef on weekend so had to order room service menu,.came out cold , and was pretty average food. Quite disappointed.

Easy booking on line and front of service is very friendly and helpful for a 24hr premises there is plenty of parking space even for 2 vehicle's Safe and secure Great location for easy acess to the main routes clean and tidy through out and the room was a good size got up graded which was a nice surprise
