Rather run down establishment. My pre-booked business suit was surprisingly suddenly not available and I was downgraded to a standard room with no offer to refund the difference in price. Best available was a “drinks credit” which is from a business standpoint simply unacceptable. The bar staff could not mix a Margarita to save their lives. Not impressed. Please avoid.

The property is in a great location and our room whilst small, was comfortable enough.

Disappointed no one is present at 4.30pm check in on Saturdays Need to phone for number to enter and gain key for safe. Unfortunately they only provided one key which meant we couldn’t achieve what we wanted as had to leave together otherwise there would be no power / lights for the other persons
