Check in staff and towel lady were friendly - although, we got given damp towels one day. Unit 18 (3 bedrooms) - Sliding door very difficult to open. Downstairs smelt terrible (cat pee) and a patch on the carpet was wet (perhaps cleaned?). Carpet badly stained in lounge. Surfaces were clean, but there was grime, mold and dust about the place. Also paint spots on the carpet, furniture and furnishings. Not a lot of cutlery or utensils to use in the kitchen. Ants in kitchen. Fridge leaking. Oven, pantry and some plates were dirty. Dining chairs wobbly. WiFi only worked some of the time and not a strong signal. Curtain too small in one bedroom. Shower shelves and door broken. Toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall. Buzzer for unused office was still active and in our stair well. Bedrooms were warm with heaters on.

Parking was secure and right beside the unit we were in. Other units the parking was directly in front of the ranch slider. With parking so close to the unit door it did not matter what the weather was doing when putting gear in the car.
